Felicia Sosaya
Felicia has extensive experience in management and operations. She attended “The Great Game Of Business” Management Training, trained with Vince Langley Resources for Management, has owned several successful businesses, and managed multidepartment operations for various businesses, including facilities management.
Felicia is a past Senior Loan Officer/Branch Manager as well as a Loan Processing Manager with 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Having experience with origination and processing gives her a unique perspective into the loan process, and as Head Processor for Mortgage Partners, this allows her to work closely with the Loan Officers to get more loans successfully closed, in spite of the constantly-changing regulations and lending requirements.
Felicia is experienced in all types of lending, including conforming, non-conforming, and government loans.
Felicia is a native of Los Angeles, California, and has lived in Santa Fe for 37 years.
