He has a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, and MBA from Columbia University and a BFA in Industrial Design from California College of Arts and Crafts. He has practiced yoga for 20 years, is an avid skier and mountain biker and pursues adventurous travel with zeal.

John Ruybalid
John Ruybalid has been in the mortgage business is Santa Fe for more than 27 years. As a member of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors, he’s been doing reverse mortgages exclusively for the last seven years. He enjoys educating seniors and their families about how reverse mortgages can improve the quality of lives, and dispelling the misconceptions about this kind of loan.
A native of San Diego, Calif., John grew up in the Bay Area, as well as Caracas, Venezuela, Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, and San Antonio, Texas. He graduated from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colo., with a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities.
His first worked as a fireman and EMT in Santa Fe. In 1983, started working in the mortgage industry. He is married and has two daughters.

Felicia Sosaya
Felicia has extensive experience in management and operations. She attended “The Great Game Of Business” Management Training, trained with Vince Langley Resources for Management, has owned several successful businesses, and managed multidepartment operations for various businesses, including facilities management.
Felicia is a past Senior Loan Officer/Branch Manager as well as a Loan Processing Manager with 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Having experience with origination and processing gives her a unique perspective into the loan process, and as Head Processor for Mortgage Partners, this allows her to work closely with the Loan Officers to get more loans successfully closed, in spite of the constantly-changing regulations and lending requirements.
Felicia is experienced in all types of lending, including conforming, non-conforming, and government loans.
Felicia is a native of Los Angeles, California, and has lived in Santa Fe for 17 years.

Carmela Manzari is a licensed mortgage broker having originated mortgage loans for over 17 years.
